Yes, RFK Jr the guy that Trump called a LUNATIC LIBERAL.
The guy that is anti-farmer, anti-business, and anti-vax.
Got it!
He didn't seem to have these concerns when he rushed to abuse heroin.oski003 said:DiabloWags said:

I disagree with RFK Jr on his anti-vaccine stance, but he has said his concern is related to not rushing vaccines and testing for safety rather than taking vaccines away.

Do you have concerns about Obama being into cocaine and crack?

It's like he's still stuck in high school.
He's pathetically predictable.
Look at how the Democrats treat someone who was a member of their party his entire life and then disagreed on one issue

Take a good look

You have been willing to point out Trump moves that are a bridge too far for you, like his plans to rid Gaza of Palestinians.
It surprises me that you would think RFK Jr was a good selection (or Pete Hegseth or Noem or having Stephen Miller involved in any capacity in government). One can be virulently anti Progressive and very Conservative and still think Trump is a complete wild card that is out of control and surrounded by people that really don't understand how government works and thus are going to continuously be back peddling and rescinding every time they get blowback from non insane MAGAs that do understand how government works.

Fair enough. We can agree to disagree. I simply don't trust RFK Jr. IMHO, he does not lead his life by any discernible Code of Honor….even Ghost Dog, Mike Ehrmantraut and Ray Shoesmith had that.

What do you think of his desire to remove fluoride from public water supplies?oski003 said:DiabloWags said:

I am in favor of his emphasis on reducing junk food in the American diet although I am not sure how he is going to accomplish that, especially in poor urban areas.

Summary of the RFK Jr. hearing:

RFK Jr.: “By the way Bernie, you and the rest of Congress are accepting millions of dollars from pharmaceutical companies.”

That is a reasonable take.oski003 said:chazzed said:What do you think of his desire to remove fluoride from public water supplies?oski003 said:DiabloWags said:

I don't have a major opinion on it other than to note than many countries, including the majority of Europe, have discontinued putting fluoride in their tap water.

Of all the Kennedy clan, Caroline has always conducted herself with particular grace and honor, which is the complete opposite of how RFK Jr. and the Trumps have conducted themselves. Therefore, I believe there is iron in her words.
Caroline Kennedy's anti-RFK Jr. crusade -- like the rest of her family's -- is neither "noteworthy" nor "significant."

They're loyal Democrats. It's central to their identity and royalty status. They hate RFK for supporting Trump.
They have zero medical expertise or knowledge. https://t.co/0PcRu9z9t5
It's found naturally in water and is beneficial in low concentrations. As with anything, too much changes the outcome. Iron is necessary for red blood cell production, but elevated levels are associated with cancer. And levels a little higher than that are simply toxic. As long as dental care products containing fluoride can be bought, it would probably not be a disastrous move to stop adding it to our water.Cal88 said:
Fluoride is a neurotoxin, shown to cause adverse effects on the brain, especially for children. One more reason to be stoked about RFKs nomination.
