Bering Air has the best anti-icing equipment available for relatively small planes, but there's a limit to how much it can do. It does look like pilot error, the plane came down too fast and crashed its starboard landing gear, which caused the plane to tilt up its port side wing and flip over.
The videos of 20-something girl boss pilots prancing with the rap soundtrack "live fast die young bad girls do it well" are not very reassuring.
I knew if we waited long enough we would find a crash we could blame on Libtards and DEI.

If commercial pilots nationally are 6% female, and this company hired 100% female, by definition they weren't getting the most-talented pilots.

Didn't have to wait too long, the last crash that was due to a bad pilot error by a twentysomething woman was only a few weeks ago. This one is still unconfirmed, but the fact that the pilot's identity hasn't been released yet might itself be a clue. I don't think a very experienced pilot, male or female, would have landed their CRJ900 like an anvil.
Have airlines rehired experienced older pilots who were fired because they refused to take the jab?
