As far as I'm aware Trump has done two cognitive tests, one his first term and one this term. Where do you see that they are testing him every 6 months?

I only watched the first 5-6 minutes of the video but they listed 5-6 times Trump mentioned having just aced a cognitive test since 2020 (?). Clip of Trump speaking were included. To be fair, only the recent ones were every 6 months. Before that it was more like yearly. I can't think of why they were doing that unless they noticed a decline in his mental faculties and monitoring him.
I will admit that even I take Keith Olbermann with some skepticism.
