To accomplish this you get informants which most likely are engaged in criminal activity since they are in close proximity to criminals who also are engaged in criminal activity. Those informants may be the heads of those organizations or may be low level associates. The point is they are providing information during an investigation . Depending on the ruse used to get the informant to provide information during a you may have hide where the money he is being paid is coming from. I am sure that law enforcement agencies have had informants commit crimes while they were developing their cases. Paid & Staged?

Not privy to that information but I am sure that will be revealed at the time of trial. You pay informants for credible and verifiable information. This is not like Israel paying Hamas to keep the boogeyman around.

I would say "NO" and my reasoning is as follows. Susie Willes, the White House Chief of Staff gave an interview not too long ago. In that interview she commented on the fact that Clinton was in the files and had been on Epstein's plane. She advised that although Clinton had contact with Epstein and a couple of the girls that Epstein brought with him, none of the girls ever said Clinton acted inappropriately. If he knew about the allegations against Epstein and went to the island, traveled with him, or took money from Epstein for his global initiative, then he used poor judgement but unless a girl specifically says that Clinton did something, he is in the clear. For me it is the prior statements of Wiles and Giuffre than I rely on, absent new information he has nothing to worry about.
