Looked deeper and came up with the same answer. The DOJ has shown itself to be a tool for retribution against Bone Spur's perceived enemies. They have misrepresented to the truth so many times that Federal judges have noted that the DOJ is not believable and the representations that they have made to various judges can no longer be trusted. What jury on this planet will convict an old civil rights organization in pursuit of organizations who represent white supremacy? Even southern juries don"t like organizations who have histories like the KKK, National Alliance, and others. What person would be confused enough to try to protect these abhorrent organizations? Common sense wins this case.
Yeah, gonna wait for something a little more convincing than your analysis
That's okay it's my analysis if I'm wrong, I'm wrong. The one thing I know is there are significant headwinds to getting a conviction.
They are always claiming victory and demanding reparations at the prosecutors statement. Then things tend to die on the vine. The SPLC will have its day in court. Unless this prosecution falls apart before then as things usually do with Trump's DOJ
Eleven indictments, $3 million given to 'hate groups'.
Like I said before, indictments are easy but, conviction are much harder. Let's see where this one ends up. It's commendable that you recognize that the groups are indeed hate groups.
