"I'm sorry I'm a track coach and I was there right in front of where it happened. First she crossed the track and received the fire extinguisher from her father in the stands which is against the rules. Second it was right next to the jump pits and the smoke from the extinguisher went on the track. The official approach her to stop and then she did it a second time. Race had nothing to do with it we had our team once disqualified because he walked off the track after winning the relay race away from everyone and threw down the baton hard by our team and we were disqualified and it had nothing to do with race. I'm sorry for her but it is a life lesson know the rules and follow the rules."
