Do you have any personal experience with the Black culture on the ground in Washington DC?

Before you ask, I did live in suburban Maryland (middle class neighborhoods, not the wealthy parts) for 6 years. I did have some interactions with Black people and Black culture though I wouldn't characterize it as extensive.

My guess is Trump hopes to drum up protests and street violence.
If America can turn into a bunch of street skirmishes, then he can use that to expand his use of power and changing laws, eventually impacting elections procedures.
