I really want to contrast something ---
VERY few Maga republicans beat up democratic VOTERS. Yes, Trump calls them stupid on occasion but most of the time they have retrained from attacks. Rather they explicitly go over politicians (who everyone hates) and "thought leaders"

And the VP is a PRIME example of that. How in the world does he square his beliefs with the fact that his mother in law has a job whose MAIN PURPOSE is to create diversity in STEM. Someone should flat out ask him if his MIL is part of the Woke Crowd and doing work that is horrific to our country. Guess what? I couldn't stay married to someone if I believe that - it is saying "Nope, your father is a nazi. Can't stay part of this family")
