I don't think we need a political flamethrower in California.
I all good for that at the national level because we need to fight back against those that would turn us into Germany.
But Californians are chill. Let's just work to keep the state running well.
I'd wipe out all those name and go with someone who is active with community, active in deal making with business.

not quite. They can both be from the same state, but it would be mighty difficult for both to get elected by the EC. Essentially, the CA delegation to the Electoral College would have to recuse itself from the vote for VP. (The 12th Amendment says that the state delegation can only vote for one of their own, Pres or VP.). So, the VP candidate would have to run the table of the other states. Might be possible if the election is a landslide.
