Why would they put someone who is clearly on one side of the aisle in that type of power position? I include myself in this statement.

It took me just a few posts to train you, this is good for my application for the role

I would totally abuse my power as a volunteer moderator. I would send obscene PM's with threats to posters that disagreed with me, call people out in replies to their posts, use the "key to the kingdom" editing tools at my disposal to change the wording of people's posts and I would impose the Doomsday Sanction of a Lifetime BI Ban at my whim.

I would, however, give Big C Carte blanche to post anything he wanted and never censor him. Why? Because that is just the way I roll.

Naturally this misconduct as volunteer moderator would lead to my own Lifetime BI Ban. I would then try to weasel my way back into the multiple Reddit communities that currently have me in Lifetime Ban status (the knife, gun and pitbull communities just didn't "get" me).

If the forum lacks moderators or is found to be under-moderated, I would definitely support a posting limit.

Consider yourselves lucky: If I were moderating this board, may of y'all would be staying after school to write, "I will try and do better, sir," on the chalkboard 100 times. Then, you would have to go outside the building to pat the erasers together until clean.

What's the best way to grease your wheels? Chocolate is overrated as a teacher gift but I love when students bring me tea from their/their parents travels.

Maybe Ethereum or something like that, but my price is probably way higher than anybody would want to pay. I usually eschew small gifts, handouts and other freebies.

I'm really not sure why starting threads is a selling point. Some on here post 10 new threads a day but you never call that out as clogging the board. Most news can go in one of the already created threads. As said previously, why would anyone be made a mod when they have already voiced biased opinions?

Personally, I think that there should be a daily posting limit.
There's no need for anyone to post 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100x in a day.

It clearly clogs up the board.
And invariably distracts from the actual topic of a thread.

My 3 biggest issues are repeatedly spamming bad information, known propagandists, and people posting over 30x a day. Mostly I dont care about the insults - especially the non insult insults applied in a biased manner.

Ignore is always there for you to utilize
