It was the Obama SpyGate operation where the FBI fabricated the Steele dossier (pee tape) - washed through Europe - funneled back into our FBI / DOJ, to get illegal FISA warrants on Carter Page and others. With the "two hop" surveillance rule, they could have surveillance over the whole Trump team.
Lots of this high-level coordination was vomited in Susan Rice's email to self in her CYA email, putting Obama, Comey; Sally Yates, who was the acting attorney general; VP Joe Biden; and Rice, who was Flynn's predecessor in the job.
Many others were under surveillance, including the Department of Treasury and possibly Dr. Ben Carson.
On top of that, Senior FISA Court Judge Rosemary Collyer wrote a 99-page judicial finding detailing tens or hundreds of thousands of illegal FISA NSA database queries by outside (Democrat) 'consulting' firms (think FusionGPS).
Investigations have found that FISA warrants were abused; Carter Page was previously a government source, but now a potential spy?; abd Igor Danchencko worked for the Brookings Institute and was later a paid FBI Confidential Human Source (to keep him quiet?).
Don't forget Robert Mueller leaving his Smartphone in the White House; or the PhoneGate episode of over two dozen Democrat DOJ attorneys illegally wiping their Federal smartphones.
