Let me see if I'm tracking this:

Trump views women as sex objects. The women that want to climb the pecking order in his orbit are well aware of that fact. They manipulate him by dressing in the provocative fashion style he likes, wear their hair like he likes it, make up choices he prefers and flood the internet with photos of themselves hangin' out around the pool at Mar a Lago in bikinis…..and when I make fun of that, I'm the sexist?

Any woman that conducts herself like that to make money off, gain social status or get career advancement from Trump checked their self respect at the front door a long time ago…..and they are fair game to be made fun of….and no degree of name calling, shaming or faux wokeness changes that and everyone knows it.

Do you agree with everything about any president you've voted for? Of course not, that's not realistic. I am not a fan of Trump's past with women. The same reason I'm not a fan of your sexist comments and the sexist comments of others on this board. Women don't need to be turned into sex objects when you speak about them.

Does anyone remember this Barney Miller Episode, "The Child Stealers" from January 24, 1980?

A guy is found on top of the Washington Square Arch. Instead of admitting to a suicide attempt, he cheerfully explains that he accidentally materialized there, because he is a historian who time traveled back from the year 2037.

They put him in a holding cell, where the detectives get into a legal discussion with him about the legal system, crime and his situation. Getting back to the OP, the only states this is happening are out west, with the justification to improve access to legal services in underserved areas, which are primarily more rural areas o there public service is involved. These are areas that people really are not sophisticated enough to use AI. There is a view that an experience requirement like an indentured servant, is better than a standardized test. The problem is the b?ar exam is supposed to test knowledge of different areas of laws in the specific state, where experience often is specialized or peculiar to an area (such a rural practice might be short on commercial transaction practice). For example, the attorney might be intelligent enough in ancillary areas to understanding issue that arise outside ether area that they would have to refer their client to a specialist. This is a quality control issue and what you are saying to the underserved is we would rather you have someone to represent you even if that person does not have baseline competence to pass the bar. There are more practical issues, for example, the lawyer that nausea an alternative to the bar to become licensed, can't move their tactic to another state, almost all law firms won't hire them, and arguably clients will think less of the attorney who is unable to pass the exam.
