Under the Dems

Trump tax cuts remain
Israel budget, no cuts
Ukraine war, no cuts
ICE funded with vague promises for accountability
Healthcare, No Medicare for all- subsidies fo insurance companies
Tariffs remain
Lots of BS about democracy returning

Under the Dems, we'll still be under Trump

Of no consequence

Still consequence because if nothing happens then we slow the descent to bad things happening. Thats how the system is designed.

Under the Dems bad things happen independent of Trump. He's been around for ten years. Things are the same no matter who is in charge because there is general agreement between the parties.

If I were single I would be uninsurable without Dems. That difference by itself is life or death.

Can you elaborate on how you would have died if not for the Democrats?

Serious question for dems and left leaning individuals: what would you consider a loss in this midterm?

Donald Trump not having a 2+ year rage tantrum about having his legislative whims, half baked appointees, nonstop grifting, poorly thought out foreign misadventures and legal vengeance blocked.

If it's a slim margin, are you upset that it wasn't bigger?

I'd consider it a loss if the Dems only won 222 seats in the House like the Republicans won in their poor 2022 performance.

In the Senate, Dems have incumbents running in 2 Trump states and Republicans have 1 incumbent running in a Harris state. I'd say whomever picks up seats is the winner.
