Oh there is an etiquette. Don't let the flag hit the ground- up by a certain hour, down by a certain hour. Every ex Boy Scout knows this. But I'm not sure wrapping the flag around you and parading or waving it with two hands isn't equally disrespectful- common at international sporting events- it's just who does it that matters
