I am not surprised by your stance here, nor your characterization of my post as whining. You are defending your group's bully, as well as your politics. Substantive discussion was welcomed. That was the point of the post, to discuss the amount of money spent on the Trump document investigation, which was almost 10 million dollars in the four month time period reported.
Again, Aunbear89 comes into a topic with no substance and throwing insults.

I don't agree its the same thing at all, I did not denigrate Calzada due to his ethnicity as a Latino. I didn't say he sucked because of where his ancestors were born either. I was merely referring to the tiring drama around Mendoza and the interesting coincidence that Calzada is also Cuban American. I've watched a ton of college football in all my boomer years and I don't remember hearing about any other Cuban American QBs. I'm sure there have been some, it doesn't really matter. I sincerely thank you for the reply. At least you confirmed that your joke was no more or less complicated than I assumed and I assure you nothing was "over my head." It may not matter to you but I feel obliged to point out that this type of ethnic humor is not funny to most millennials and younger. Unless you are of the same ethnicity, race or other discrete minority group or happen to know the target of the joke personally, it's just inappropriate to reference ones ethnicity or race as part of a joke. What if Nando or one of his family members were on the chat? Or any Cuban American? Good chance they would be offended. Is it worth the risk of offending to make that joke? Would you say that joke to Nando or Zach's face? Probably not bc you know you might get decked. But you did it on the chat bc you know you're protected by anonymity. It's at best uninformed and at worst cowardice. Football forums with hundreds if not thousands of participants are just not the place for this type of humor in 2024.
