Day Six Practice Report: Offense Has Some Good Moments on Soggy Field.

The Bears took to soggy Memorial Stadium for the sixth day of Spring Practice Wednesday. The rain was steady and heavy during the stretching and warm-up drill, but by the time the individual and team sessions began, the rain had lightened considerably. Still the field was pretty wet.

Offensive coordinator Beau Baldwin said the weather can help players learn to cope with some adversity. He liked the way his charges responded to the adverse conditions.

“Goofy weather,” he said.
