Exactly two weeks before they kick off the regular season the Bears held their 14th practice of fall camp under sunny skies in Berkeley on Saturday

Quarterback Chase Garbers, who head coach Justin WIlcox acknowledged would be the starter if the season opened today, had one of his better days since camp opened.
