Trojans Put a Hurt on Bears -- Literally

November 16, 2019

The main story of the distressing game in Memorial Stadium Saturday night was injuries, In the 41-17 defeat at the hands of USC, the Bears lost some key players and had a big scare.

The good news is that linebacker Evan Tattersall, who left the field strapped to a stretcher after being hurt on a kickoff, seems to be OK. He was taken to a hospital as a precautionary measure, but during his post-game press conference head coach Justin Wilcox said Tattersall was in the process of being discharged.
