Five (Plus One) Factors: Cal vs Stanford

After a decade of frustrations, Chase Garbers scampered into the endzone at Stanford Stadium with 1:19 to go in the game in what would be the touchdown to end a 10-year losing streak to the Cardinal. Even better, it made the Bears bowl eligible for the second straight season and provided a bright spot on what’s been a frustrating month or so for Cal’s football program.

Early on in the second half, you could feel those frustrations beginning to creep in.
