After an offseason that was anything but restful, Cal special teams coach Charlie Ragle (above) is relieved to be on the football practice field again. He has spent the first five 2021 spring sessions trying to ensure that some of the breakdowns that hurt the Bears so badly in 2020 don’t happen again.
