Fall Camp Day 9 Report

Berkeley, CALIF --- As we slide into the Dog Days of August, it can become harder to remain motivated. Practice is sometimes repetitive and sometimes descends into dullness.  It can be hard to maintain enthusiastic motivation. Add in Bay Area weather (late August into October are our hottest months of “summer”), and it can be a recipe for ennui.
