Last line of the article says:"With the toughest team in the PAC rugby conference behind it, Cal should have no trouble making its way through the rest of the conference." Is the article saying Arizona is better than UCla or Utah in that statement? I'm not disputing the statement, I'm just curious as to whether or not Arizona is actually better than the other two.
