Cal Baseball: Disappointing Year but Many Individual Highlights

The NCAA baseball tournament starts with weekend in 16 regionals featuring 64 teams. For the third straight season and sixth time in seven years Cal will not be one of them.

Not that Mike Neu’s first year as the Bears head coach was a washout. They had a 32-22 record, 16-14 in the Pac-12, a considerable improvement over last season’s 25-29, 15-15. And several individuals had some stellar moments and picked up postseason honors.
