PS - LaRussell is a very interesting young man. He has that Bay Independent road to success down pat. He has created his own small venue at his mom's house, which sounds funny and minor, but has become a thing and even bigger names are showing up. He doesn't use traditional ticket sales organizations. He asks people to pay what they can afford (within reason of course) for tickets and for his music. He visit friendly venues elsewhere around the country in order to try to keep with is model. Everybody that works on a song or a live performance gets paid and he shares his YouTube royalties etc. He tries to educate other artists on how keep control of their work, build wealth and save money. He has turned down large recording contracts to remain independent. Super positive dude and straight hustler.

1) seminole: juno beach dazzler is a timeless masterpiece, she is aging gracefully with a sense of humour

3) streamsong red: coore & crenshaw design flows smoothly other than the awkward par 3 16th hole over the quarry

May want to look at the Concessions Golf Club on the West Side of the State. Besides the famous backstory, and Collin winning there, there tons of forced caries over water for those who like challenges, and a lot of goof course design eye candy.

wifey, agreed concession is an interesting club with a very well conditioned brutal high slope (150+) nicklaus design that is relentless in its difficulty, it wuz amazing that collin wuz able to win a pga tour event on such a torture track

shocky played the concession with ghandi, tommy boy & slim wadie back in the day, we got locked outta the rental car with a return flite back to the desert outta tampa just a couple of hours away so we broke the passenger backseat panel window with a 5 iron (that required multiple shots) to get into the avis at the club's parking lot & recover the car keys on the floor

the avis check in rep didn't say **** when we returned the car with the small panel window smashed out

devin, congrats on ur 4.4 gpa...agreed the academics, food & weather in berkeley is better than some skool for non academic ballers in a freezing azz ****hole in the midwest that got dog food restaurants that's a hassle for parents to get to on gamedays

football factories=great choice for disposable low gpa one dimensional dumb azzs that wanna set themselves up at age 30 for working security at the chandler fashion square (or living off their parents)

No idea if real or not. But it would not surprise me if true. Once the donors made public their idea of withholding donations until Rivera was put in charge other schools and agents no doubt saw blood in the water at Cal. The portal officially opens on Monday but there really is no dead time. Players, agents and schools are engaged year round looking for the best deals.

The House settlement adds another layer. If passed as is (TBD) it puts a July 1st start date on the final settlement. This imposes a $600 limit on NIL deals outside of the approved direct revenue payments put forth by the settlement. There is a lot of money sitting in collectives all over the place that programs will want to spend now.

I think there will be lawsuits forthcoming if the judge does not remove that $600 limit (except for legit deals). The limit may never come to pass, but collectives are going to try and get ahead of it regardless.

So tampering prior to this upcoming portal window is likely very high. I am quite sure Cal has players that are being tampered with right now. Half measures will get you crushed in this environment. Ron needs the keys and Knowlton must be shown the door.

You are either all in or you are out. Right now Cal is out.

walked 18 holes at old barnwell near aiken south carolina this morning, designed by tom doak's renaissance golf it's an audacious FUN experience with bold bunkering & thoughtful shot decision making options...old barnwell is a bulletproof usa top 100 course

this afternoon we attended a practice round at augusta national watching shocky's favorite california golden bears

fun fact: slim wadie does NOT think the master's famous pimento sandwich is special at all, mark thinks it's actually disappointingly flavorless kinda like dog food, ruff ruff!!

I believe in team chemistry mostly too, except for the 3 peat Champion Oakland A's of the 70's lol, oh man they like to fight each other, and then go out whip the other team's ass too. Maybe that's chemistry!
I also love Kevin Durant's comments about chemistry at the Olympics (which the documentary revealed) that the Serbians and French were talking about how they had all played together for so long and how they were going to lean on their chemistry to beat the US.

Leading up to the gold medal match Durant said something like, " OK, Alright, is chemistry gonna help you when you gotta guard Steph." Never were truer words spoken lol, so good. Of course hoops is a different beast than football, but this is still funny.

real talk: both basketball programs got 15 wins/17th in the acc attendance ceilings moving forward until a basketball general manager is named that can relentlessly fundraise nil dollars for ELITE players (and not just jersey swapping non +1 athletic portal transfers that got no ambition to earn a berkeley degree) & a dedicated basketball practice facility

Schlocky Cal football insight is 0%. You might know some golf things and you're amazing at reposting the same (only?) 10 pictures that you have but as always, you prove that spending 22 hours a day trolling social media for info really doesn't add up to much.
