Yep. The entire premise behind playing Jackson is that it creates a favourable numbers game because the defense has to account for Jackson.
If the defense no longer has to respect him, there's no reason to play him over Finley
At least we get the ball after halftime.

This may be the worse Cal team of the disastrous Wilcox era. No pass rush, poor pass defense, porous OL, highly inaccurate QB. Gawd, this is awful!

That hangover is certainly what's causing this game so far. I mean Wilcox and co aren't doing a great job but talent disparity aside should destroy Idaho.
The defense got up for Auburn. That's it.
I will say this, McCoy is better than both Thorne and Ashford, and a dramatically better passer.
