Would be nice to not have all 4 teams in this be worthy of such disdain. I hate them all with a passion, for different reasons. FSU, too. Only Georgia hasn't done something to cross us, and they didn't even get a chance.
This game is the exact opposite of the Rose Bowl. It's swiss cheese defense by both sides.
When they opened the Texas commercial with their clock tower, all I could think of is Charles Whitman and the historic mass shooting from that tower. Weird choice.

I feel like Penix is one of the best college QBs I have ever seen. The only thing that has kept UW from having more points in this first half, is when they go to something other than Penix passing (change of pace?), Helps also to have a corps of great receivers.

Agreed. Only thing I think it could be is he's a lefty. Rare in the NFL (only two left handed qb's in the HOF… Stabler and Steve Young). Maybe it has to do with the priority in the NFL for left tackles (protecting right handed qb's "blind side") over right tackles? Most NFL team's olines are pre-built for righties.

Penix is an NFL QB. Polk and Dillon are all NFL talents. OL are all going to the NFL too. This is the best offense in college football this year and a slightly discounted version of the LSU one from 2020
