He states at the beginning that the Supreme Court has made it clear the antitrust laws apply then faults the NCAA for not "regulating" NIL, which would be a pretty clear antitrust violation that would probably end the NCAA.

I also don't buy the logic that players are worse off with rights, freedoms and income than they were without them.

Not saying there couldn't be better guide rails. Years ago my dad was the author of the NCAA's "Guide For Recruited Student Athletes." Obviously it needs updating.
