I noticed last night that I now get ACC network on my Frontier account. I do not know if permanent or not.

I have Xfinity and had the package to get the pac-12 network. I don't get the acc network. Do you happen to know what plan you have?

There was a thread awhile back that said Comcast bills in the bay area had a message that the p12 net was going away and the ACCN was being added Aug 22.
Look at your latest bill from Xfinity. Where it lists changes on the left, one of them should say when the ACC Network will be added, most likely 8/22. I am checking each day to see if it will be added early.Econ141 said:ColoradoBear said:Econ141 said:

Ah perfect! Thanks!
Xfinity's carriage of the BTN also sucks. They don't have the overflow channels and don't show it in HD.ColoradoBear said:
For Comcast in Colorado, the ACCN is in the preferred package (so is ESPNU), but not in the Sports Package. I believe it's the opposite for BTN, which is extremely annoying for a CFB fan in general.

I will recommend at this point that most folks still carrying Xfinity cable should make the switch over to streaming with YouTube TV or Hulu with Live TV. You'll get all the sports channels you need (including ACC Network), and it's cheaper than Comcast (better picture quality too).

Only better picture if your internet connection is good enough for it.
Hulu has no unlimited dvr, as I understand, and the unlimited dvr is the best feature imaginable.

True, I am thinking most of us are near the Bay Area where the internet connection is generally good.
Hulu's site says they do have unlimited DVR. YouTube TV has it too.

Theoretically you should be able to get ACCNx now too. Just log into the ESPN website (or app) using your Xfinity credentials and you should be able to view that content.SonomanA1 said:
I started getting ACCN on Xfinity late last night. I'm still waiting for streaming of ACCN Extra.
One thing I missed when I read the article is the designation of "Northern California" for in-market shares. This defines the additions of Sacramento, Fresno, Monterrey, Chico-Redding, & Eureka DMA's.

The total would now be 7,627,700 TV Households added to in-market. https://t.co/7zGHEBosSv
I don't think you can get ACCN Extra on XfinitySonomanA1 said:

Yes you can get ACCN Extra on Xfinity, and I can get it now. I assume you know how to access apps on Xfinity. Just scroll down a few rows for the sports apps. The second icon in the sports row is ESPN. You may need to log into ESPN+ if you have that, but the other ESPN channels should be included automatically for which you are paying.sycasey said:coachdeke said:I don't think you can get ACCN Extra on XfinitySonomanA1 said:

You can use your Xfinity account login to get it via ESPN's website.

I've been getting ACCNx since midmorning now. I think it was just a delay in Xfinity getting things setup. I watched the Cal Road Trip on replay. Earlier this morning the Cal Media Day was on replay, but it isn't now. I also have ESPN+, so I am good unless something is on ESPNU.
I am curious if people in the Sacramento area get ACC Network in their package now with Xfinity.

I'll again leave my recommendation that people move to YouTubeTV or Hulu + Live TV, now that Pac-12 Network is no longer a concern. All the ESPN channels (including ESPNU and ACC Network) are on the standard tier. The Hulu package even comes with ESPN+ (though you don't really need this).
In some places this can be bad if you also want your local regional sports networks (no Bally Sports, etc.). But in Northern California, you're good: the NBC Sports networks are carried on YouTube and Hulu.

If you're not an nhl or nba fan, per se,
