Cal is 0-1 vs FSU.
That's why I say should. Should be 5-0 with even meh coaching. Our coaching staff turns every advantage into disadvantage.

Bloesh is opening up the playbook, but it is so random, a reverse when we never run wide, a QB run on the fake jet sweep when we don't run jet sweeps….
Mendoza making quick throws upfield off play action on first down is money. The one run outside behind the TE went for a TD. Just stick with what is working.

Guy is a bad OL coach thrust into a role he has no idea about. He is just a grab bag play caller.

Monster penalties, missed tackles, bizarre play calls…. I don't want to pile on the coaching, but all of these issues are coaching issues.

I'll reiterate 2 things…
"Coaching in the collegiate ranks matters more than any other factor…give me Nick Saban coaching Texas State and I'll give you a natty by year 3"

And what I said preseason watching the players, "from a talent and depth perspective this a 10 win team if not better. The only thing that can hold them back is Wilcox himself"
