Yeah looks pretty sparse. Student section 1/2 full. That's what happens when we bottle games. But we look good here. NC State look 0-3 in ACC for reasons we're seeing.

That forward progress call was close, maybe if it was the RB they wouldn't have blown it dead so early but QB get extra protection

This isn't 20/20 hindsight, but in the moment doesn't always feel off when Cal calls a trick play or goes for it on 4th? They just seem to do it wrong. Like head-scratching...that's not when/how you do that.

We had like 3 blockers to their one guy and our dude completely whiffs.

Sometimes I get mad at Wilcox for saying it's all execution. And on that one, I feel him. Was a perfect play call.

Can hear the band playing continuously today, sounds great on TV; does this mean the obnoxiously loud recorded (crap) music played nonstop during the Miami game has been scrapped? If so, great.
