I hate running Isi between the tackles. HATE IT. At any point in the game, much less twice with goal to go. WTF?!?

Play action roll out Maynard run throw option. Come on.

This game isn't on Maynard, it's on Coach Tedford for trying to run with Sofele on goal line. After CJ had been successful on ever single goal line situation so far this year. Why, why, why. Sofele is a D2 player, not a d1 guy.

It was a bad pass... but lets be honest. 1st and goal from the 2 and we use Isi up the middle twice. That is just being ignorant. The reason CJ Anderson is on this team is because that is his job. So unless he is hurt, that loss was definitely on Tedford's shoulders. I would have rather have thrown 4 fade routes to Allen and/or Jones. We would have completed at least one of em.

Sofele played well, but he was not used well on that last sequence. At best, he should get one carry on a sweep. Not twice into the middle.

Also, not even trying one play-action rollout is a total Fail.

That said, I'm actually not that mad about it. The team showed heart and fought to the end. That alone is better than last year's team.

Maynard looked a little off the in second half. I am not surprised the throw was uncatchable. CJA better be hurt or Tedford is going to look like a fool running a 150 lb RB two times in row at the goal line.
