The team needs an attitude adjustment....attitude reflects leadership.

Agreed. I was not at all pleased with the laughing on the sideline as the clock ticked down. Disturbing. I'm not going to say he doesn't care about his performance and that of his team, because he does, but it sure didn't look good.

The coaches would not have to say anything. I think that is part of his problem. That may have been fine at Buffalo but Cal is supposed to be a big time program. I really don't see the Ala. I still remember the Indiana St-Michigan St game with Larry Bird and Magic Johnson and Bird crying uncontrollably after the loss...to me that says something about his desire to win, his pride, and his expectations.<br /><br />Character is exposed when the cameras are not on you, but then you find out, it was on you after all.

1) It's Basketball Season!<br />2) If you happen to be in SD, look for Buford from Lubbock, or his Austin counter part. He's the real happy guy at the bar that flew in on his G4. He's happy for two reasons. His Horns just kicked some California a$$ and his wife took the jet for an overnight shopping spree on Rodeo Drive. if I'm not mistaken he was talking to a SENIOR WR, who if I re-check my facts was wearing a Cal uniform on the field for the last time. We have no idea what they were talking about, but I trust Maynard is a good leader.

If you are a young adult, if you play D1 college football, and if your game is on ESPN, you know every emotion you show, every play you make is scrutiny to the cameras and their replays. ZM showed a serious lack of respect for a whuppin' that all Cal fans care deeply about. Wrong!! There were no funny haha after the first half, matter of fact, after the first quarter, and especially for ZM.

the laughing doesn't bother me. people handle situations in different ways, how is crying the only emotion one must display in a loss? if one is joking/laughing they can't see the gravity of the situation? i don't see any reason to question the care and dedication ZM has for football and the program......he practices every day, players seem to like him........<br /><br />of course i assume he's done the best he can. he wasn't stellar at buff and is below average here. what more do we/i/you want?<br /><br />JT put a mediocre pac12 qb and the qb is shown to be mediocre.......why is anyone blaming ZM?
