Why didn't Tosh smile after the game or the next morning?

Those are valid questions. The last one is LOL though. Was Tosh still grumpy before his morning coffee or something?

About the preceding two questions, yeah, find a way to get them answered. From my impression -

- I thought ZM raised his GPA to "bear" minimum at a local JUCO.

- you would need access to Admissions and Records to find the truth. Maybe there are "special" admits. For all you know ZM has substantiated AmerIndian status. I really don't know...and you don't know either.

- you would have to produce your "several witnesses" from Internet Anonymity who posted about Brigdford being "the man" in camp. In other words, you would have to produce them as flesh-and-blood people and have their credentials checked. Even then, it would be nice if they could provide more proof than eye-witness testimony. Video, perhaps. Interview the WRs or Defense. Etc.

- BTW, you conspiracy nuts are really have fun with this! Lulz.

I work in high value, high stress, time sensitive work environments where collaboration is essential to team performance and effective project success.

Not all "poker hands" are dealt evenly but you must do the best with what you have. Failure is sometimes inevitable, but I have never respected co-workers who get pouty or dramatic over a loss. It just leads to tension and tends to bring down the team's future performance.

Different situations call for different leadership styles. In an emergency when there is little time to converge on an agreement an autocratic leadership style may be most effective; however, in a highly motivated and aligned team with a homogeneous level of expertise, a more democratic or laissez-faire style may be more effective.

There are many ways for leaders to manage teams. In the heat of the moment I tend to break team tension with funny sarcastic remarks which are frequently self-depricating. However I have never been afraid to provide a cutting remark.

I could certainly see how smiling during losses could provide effective team management and be considered a form of leadership.
