No, it's a TD as soon as one foot comes down. He had control until the TD was completed. The strip came after the play was over.

The ball was knocked out of his hands before he came down. That play would stand on any field.

OBJ had a td taken away on a similar play last week for the Giants. I'm not sure they is a TD.
