That series after Browning's interception had two wide-open guys for touchdowns. One badly missed on the throw. One dropped. They had their shot.

SC's oline and special teams lost the game. . SC played decent enough defense, but had horrible field position and no sustained derives after the first quarter (they wore down). In the case of Udub, Furd, and Cal, defense once again won the game. Better to be good on defense.

The Mildcats are going to win a game ... Against Southern Utah .....

Pac 12 looks really down, again. Furd looks like the strongest of a weak lot right now. UCLA, UofA and OSU look awful. USC looked terrible against a mediocre Texas team. ASU is okay but has weaknesses. UW looks a step behind last year. Wazzou looks decent but against weak opponents.

Right now I can think of 3, maybe 4 teams deserving of top 25 consideration and I'm not sure any team has really earned top 10 consideration.
