You have to know your players' strengths and take advantage of them. McIllwain started the season purely as a runner. Now they use him purely as a passer? It is the run/pass threat that makes him effective, but mostly his run ability.

What is seriously wrong with this team? We've changed ADs, we've changed coaches, we've had great players whose talent was not actualized until they went pro. What gives?! No one is going to want to coach our team when every coach appears to fail at getting this program going.
