Mac does need to sit the bench. Not sure if Gabers is the answer but cannot be worse. I get Mac is faster with a better arm. Poor Decision making, bad accuracy, most of can't hold onto the ball. He is like Dave Krieg in Seattle in the 80's. Damn shame. I believe with Support Wilcox will turn this around. Needs way better coaches on offense. Needs to open his Rolodex and see call onto someone else.
