I only watched the end but believe the Rams were the better team from what I saw. Goff and Woods narrowly missed 2 TDs that would have won the game.

Looking forward to Goff v Mahomes

By the way, totally agree with everything Larno says. The new rams have yet to clash with the miners in any meaningful way so I have no hatred for them.

The refs were obviously letting a lot of stuff go in this game, but I've never seen anything that blatant go uncalled, championship game or no. It was stunning.

Think about how truly fortuitous Kelsey Grammar is... Cheers was basically dead last its first year in ratings. Any other time, it would have been cancelled. But then NBC President Grant Tinker liked it. So it got a stay of execution. Kelsey gets a bit part that wasn't supposed to be reoccurring and it turns out the part was a hit. 21 years later of playing that character and getting filthy rich, the rest is history.

BTW, there is a hilarious refernce to his 20 year run in the last season "Caught in the Act"

It sure looked like a missed PI call from the angle they kept showing, and it probably was. But from a different angle it looked like the ball got there about the same time as the DB. Regardless, missed calls happen all game long in every game. Dem's da breaks.

That's what I was thinking... they kept showing from an angle from up or down the field instead of across the field, which i think they had.

Yes, and they weren't claiming blatant p.i. until they showed that one angle that everyone is now focusing on. They did show the other angle briefly afterwards and it looked much closer.
