We are losing our composure on offense this half. Shooting too quickly. Some forced shots. Too many turnovers. We've stopped moving as much. Hope we go back to what we were doing in the 1st half.

very happy with this game and the way Cal is playing.. we may not have all the super highly rated players, but we certainly have guys who want to play hard

Lou Ritchie at the game for the 1st half said " Coach Fox is maximizing the talent he has" and was impressed with the team play and defense. Lot of season left, but the Fox/AD impulse/critics of early season, need to give credit when due. Team is exceeding expectations and are fun to watch, SC/Ucla both will have a far more skilled and athletic roster so will be interesting to see how the team prepares and implements the game plan for each opponent.89Bear said:

We've had at least 5 players from O'Dowd in recent years, including Rabb, Paris, Bowers, Roberson and Asha
Agreed HoopDreams! I wish Lou Ritchie would be hired to oversee our recruiting department for men's basketball as I am sure he has tons of connections. I prefer he have a position as a coach on the bench. Nonetheless, he is a great support of Cal. We have had good success with his kids the last few years.
If ASU was a barometer about how well Cal will do in Pac play, the temperature just got hot!
