Agree. Too many announcers act like they are in a bar watching a game with a buddy cracking jokes instead of announcing the game professionally for a broadcast. When you are reviewing the roster and stats, if you see an unusual name, one you don't know how to pronounce, do some research, talk to the player. Prepare.
