its not the fashion. its the comfort.
most comfortable pair of shoes i've ever owned. bought my whole family a pair. bought my father in law a pair. now he shuffles around a nursing home in TX in them.

For me, it's Scott's slippahs all day, every day when outside (off at the door) except at business meetings.

My wife loves her crocks for working in the garden.

Tall players have big feet. Hard to find comfortable shoes for big feet. And yeah, Mad Dog doesn't seem like a slave to fashion. LOL

The beauty of mad dog is that he is completely genuine. It's unreal. He has size 19 feet and im sure that the crocs are fantastic for him. Amazing. Maddog. How did we get so lucky? I was against this hire at the start. I've always thought of maddog as the enemy. But having him on our side is fantastic. Im loving it!!!!

I once tried on a pair of Keen shoes. Didn't come close to fitting my feet.

20 years ago I caught the front of my sandal under a rug and broke a metatarsal. That was the end of open-toe shoes for me.

Now I wear low top trail shoes with thick merino socks. Maybe hard to find in size 19 but they're comfortable, durable, and sufficiently un-stylish for MM.

I like my Keens and I have two pairs - hiking shoes and casual. They are very roomy.

I have a pair of Keens hiking sandals, great for hiking (here it is called "boonie stomping") in the tropics.

Aren't Birkenstocks suppose to be comfortable and ergonomic too?

Then there are the Yeezys that go for $300. They are comfy slides too and not as ugly

One thing I don't like about any slides / slippers /flip flops is you can't run or cut in them

Even just walking around town I want to be able to do that

The players in gray on VC are transfers. Current players are red or black. Signees and recruits are various shades of green. I have found VC to be a pretty good resource, although it is a bit slow if it's not a major signee.

Julian ended up at Hawaii in the WAC. His senior year he averaged 17 pts a game. He also played in G League from 2007-2012.
