With a new coach and new scheme I think the men's game would be more interesting.SFCityBear said:
I don't think I could handle two games in one night.
You know I respect your opinion, so which game do you think would be more interesting?
And which team is predicted to be the better team in their conference?
Thanks in advance.

Ed Cooley also has Mark Fox as his NIL fundraiser/administrator. That's a huge handicap.OdontoBear66 said:
A lover of G'town as well as Cal (#1), I can tell you Ed Cooley, as good as he is, will not be ranked above Madsen for long....He is having the same re do problems in DC that we have right here, but he is doing it more slowly thru recruiting more than transfer portal...A more slow but sure fashion vs. Madsen's speed start....So my guess is that Cal will definitely do better in OOC games, and then Big East is as tough or tougher than the Pac 12 this year (yes, look at the rankings), so MM may do better in league play....We shall see....I would bet on MM.

You are so right. I have pointed it out here and on the G'town site endlessly. I don't know why other than the greater coaches fraternity.Eastern Oregon Bear said:Ed Cooley also has Mark Fox as his NIL fundraiser/administrator. That's a huge handicap.OdontoBear66 said:

If you are Bay Area maybe Pac 12...If you are out of town, Pac12 online should do it.JB was a Chieftain said:
I'm guessing no TV for this game?
Coaching skills aside, I can't think of anyone with a personality less suited to fundraising than Mark Fox.OdontoBear66 said:You are so right. quick, add them to the b'ball schedule. For every trip we make back east in the ACC, swing by DC for a quick win.KoreAmBear said:Mark Fox has been named successor-in-waitingEastern Oregon Bear said:Ed Cooley also has Mark Fox as his NIL fundraiser/administrator. Uh, Mark Fox is not the coach, but their NIL director....Their coach is Ed Cooley, a very good one from Providence who is rebuilding G'town like Mark Madsen is at Cal. Would be interesting games but not a pushover any more much like us.Big Dog said:quick, add them to the b'ball schedule.
