Sharks up 3-0 in the 3rd period. Looks like they'll be making their first ever trip to the Stanley Cup finals.

I am not a Sharks fan, but am happy for the team and fans who now have their 1st Stanley Cup finals appearance.
Glad to see the Sharks went thru the Kings this year who were down 0 to 3 the Sharks a few years back and came back to win series.

We all know that in every game, there is a winner and a loser, it's a 50-50 proposition, and a zero sum gain.
Over time, the law of averages will play out and you will be no better than .500.
This means going home unhappy half the time.
That is hard to take, and unacceptable.

Therefore, it is wise to stop caring about the losers, and over-subscribe to the winners.
This way, you may be happy perhaps 3 out of 4 night's, much better, and good for your heart.

I always thought the Rose Garden was the best name. Sadly, it's now the MODA Center. Dumb. The Shark Tank is great because it was never the official name (as I recall), but as a nickname, it has survived the corporate name changes, and people still use it.
