Line down to 3 this morning. I know SD State lost to Iowa state by 30 and lost to San Diego. But Cal has been miserable lately.

we are a very poor 3 point shooting team. enough said.

Bears are shooting over 40% from 3 on the season.

Of course, I wouldn't bet it stays that way. Still, the Bears have plenty of problems on both sides of the ball right now, but 3 point shooting isn't one of them....yet.

Against Pac-12 defenses, I would be surprised if our 3-point percentage does not plummet.

This should be a real tight game.

The Good for the Aztecs is they are Mad. They played horrible in losing to crosstown rival USD. It was ugly. The Aztecs should come out with a 110% effort.

The Bad for the Aztecs is that they have no bench so far. The first 3 off the bench are freshman. Most (including me) thought these freshman were further along with their progress. They are not...at least not yet. Combine that with the starters being foul prone and we have problems.

Maybe this is the game the Aztecs put it together...Maybe not.

Doubt the game will be close.

Yale lost to Duke 91-58. At Duke. Wonder how we'd fare?

Now lets all remember...The same thing was said about our game vs Cal at Viejas Arena last year and Cal won it.

We went on to win 23 games and get in the Big Dance, but anything can happen when these 2 teams get together.

We would not do any worse than Yale

Have you seen duke play this year?
It doesn't matter what offense or defense you run

Duke will simply over power you and break you in half

They will have some competitive games, and probably lose a few, but only with elite teams

I don't recall seeing a more athletic monster than ZW

And I think the Bears need to at least attempt that many moving forward. Up until now, it seemed as though when the players received an open inside-out pass at the perimeter they would think drive first and then think shoot. Not so much the case tonight, particularly with Sueing. He finally started shooting the rock in rhythm.

Agreed we can stay in games by shooting more three balls. Even two of our bigs can shoot the three.
