You know what well coached teams don't need? Their learning on the job coach yelling "No Threes" at them like they are playing YMCA basketball.
you never heard other coaches yelling 'no threes' or 'no fouls'?
He did it at LEAST on 4 straight possessions.
And it was bush. It was on every time the ball went in to out.
Wow, he did it on 4 STRAIGHT POSSESSIONS? If he had only yelled it on 2 possessions it would be solid proof that he is no longer "learning on the job" and that he could be retained for another season. I didn't realize that this is the new criteria for rating coaching ability. Very complex.

Consider that WJ has improved over the season as well as the players, and the "team". We have made the investment in his education and it appears we are in position to enjoy the benefits of that education. Anybody coming in new with have a learning curve and likely, a need for different players to fit his/ her system. Finally, a single year of recruiting (i.e., if the coach can bring a big or whatever) is the dumbest reason for replacing a coach yet espoused on this board.

Good points. I think we'd see a lot of good things happen if WJ is our coach next season.
