I actually like bingo but if the prize is a lanyard or cell phone cleaning cloth, maybe not so much. Cruise ships make big money on bingo. Cal should charge and give away good prizes.

How do they determine which member of the Rally Committee gets to load, spin the cylinder and slap the participating fan while screaming "Mau, didi mau!" if they don't play the game fast enough?

They should have done this....a la "Beer Hunter". Use near beer, shake one up really well, and have 6 fans draw one, hold it to their head, and see who gets shot. Losers get to mop the floor.

Come to think of it, Bingo during time-outs is not a surprise. Researchers long ago discovered that the average attention span of adults and youngsters today is about seven seconds. concentration, focus and patience are words and concepts to be located in dictionaries rather than in everyday life. According to a story in the NYT, six students committed suicide because the ice-cream line in which they were waiting wasn't moving fast enough. Naturally, the ACLU , Bernie sanders, and AOC sued the Business in question fore being insensitive to the needs of the snowflakes waiting in line. How could any sane, ethical person disagree??

You know---thge ones who say, that because cows fart and pollute the atmosphere, we should all be vegans in 10 years. when I read that, I laughed so hard I had to go the ER. I ruptured my appendix. lucky for me, the surgeon was a conservative. When I told him about the farting cows, he bursted his appendix too. he, however, was unlucky. His surgeon was a democrat. I attended his funeral yesterday.
