Don't understand why we don't have someone running the baseline on offense when Vanover steps out beyond the arc--it's wide open and can lead to lay-ups or great feeds. Too much 4-5 players outside the arc at the same time.

If Kelly sticks around I hope he works on passing out of the post. Yeah, he was decent in early out of conference play and it made sense for him to go solo when basically nothing worked on offense. But his game hasn't evolved much at all as far as team play. Scoring options HAVE opened up (limited basis) in the offense but the ball sticks to him when he gets it with a typically poor result.
Still playing hard on D, but offense is terribly static right now.
At what point does it make mathematical sense for Cal to shoot only 3 point shots? Not yet...but we are getting close.
Ad for facilities. Where is the info on the fake sailing pond for those that have never been sailing but wish to go to Furd? Or perchance the rowing facility that consists of one machine in the dorm for the would be rower at USC. Larry did not get the memo.

3:54 left. 50-45 Colorado. We hardly deserve to be in the game, based on offensive execution, but Colorado can't take advantage.
Team plays much better defense when Connor is in. He is learning to be a rim protector and the guys are learning to have confidence in his ability. I still think the time is for a change but I will readily concede that Jones has been dealt a bad hand with how short the bench is.
this team is sooo different from before. Yes they still have to work on things but this is our future.
