as berkeley enters the 2025 spring calendar today, NOW is the right time for you to announce that all students will receive FREE tixs to all of this fall's 6 football home games at memorial stadium & the remaining 7 men's basketball games at haas pavilion, many of ur poor as **** students (like my moms back in the day, 1st person in her family to earn a college degree, she had ZERO disposable money for student season passes during her time in berkeley) are being financially impacted by the devastating los angeles fires

these fires are bankrupting the state of california's insurance fair plan, there's gonna be significantly less state funding for the uc system on a go forward basis coupled with the trump administration's slashing of federal grants for education

yeah there is some really BAD FINANCIAL NEWS barreling towards berkeley, some of the tsunami has already arrived on campus in the eradication of the men's & women's basketball fanbases (which is basically a core of loyal old blues in their 70s/80s) with no material growth in the development of a younger fanbase due to incompetent ineffectual marketing/branding which also means there aren't any future Builders of Berkeley in the pipeline
