I do my best to share links, game results, interviews, news stories etc on social media (Bluesky, Threads, FB, Instagram), Boneyard, Reddit (the Chronicle story I shared on Jayda's shoes got 9.6k views on Reddit), some in Rebkell etc.I used to bring kids to games when I coached youth sports but no longer in that mix.
I'm also a paid user of Bearinsider and so have started posting on the premium boards (like the KNBR interview), even though most there seem interested in men's sports. Any of us who are paid subscribers should make a routine of posting on the Haas Pavilion board to get the word out. I think many Cal fans are interested in cheering for a winning team but actually have NO CLUE that the women's team is doing as well as it is...even though BI posts game stories every time. Increasing the actual talk on threads can only help.
I've reached out to the team folks too mentioning an interest in helping promote, but I think they're busy with the season itself....
Doing more promotions with school age kids, elementary thru middle school, would be good...although the night weekday games aren't going to see a lot of attendance from that group, any weekend game should be a no-brainer....
I think reaching out to alumni groups makes sense....
