Will someone like Adia Barnes learn from her mistakes at Arizona, and change her ways?

I read somewhere this isn't happening.... Haven't read anything on Raoul... Who knows?? When Arizona lost to TCU not too long ago Aida said: They won because they have the better team and more money! Whoops, just read on ESPN, Aida Barnes is going to SMU.....I spoke too soon!! She was making over 1 million/yr. at Arizona......SMU is paying $$$$.....Why? She had one good year, which I consider a fluke due to Covid restrictions for so many players and teams. They lost to Stanford in the National Championship game. She brought Ari McDonald with her from Washington. I recall seeing her interviewed and saying: One player can change a team....SMU must have a large amount of NIL money!!
One of my least favorite coaches. TCU apparently has a huge NIL war chest. They recently signed ND's second best player.
I'd be a little disappointed if Marta goes to another ACC team and we have to compete against us, but looks likely
Besides the Wisconsin forward mentioned, only name I suspect might be a possibility could be Izela Arenas who had some very good games in 1 yr at Louisville and was linked with Cal out of HS. Janessa Cotton also linked with Cal in HS but didn't do much in 1 year at Duke.
Vanessa DeJesus is intriguing. Finished 4 years at Duke (redshirted one d/t ACL) and was I believe the only player Kara seemed to really "adopt" from the previous staff's roster. Kara always said nice things about Vanessa though obviously a role player, she always delivered in that capacity. Very heady and talented and a California girl. Gottlieb probably didn't recruit her but Charmin would have. Would make two Filipinos in the background alongside Puff!
Marta was a big reason for the past two years and the turnaround they've been. Will be fun to root for her as she takes advantage of the options she has to go out with a bang

Looking back at Jenessa Cotton's recruitment, we offered in 2022 but didn't make her top 5 (Duke, Kentucky, Louisville, Michigan and Washington State). She's from Orange County and graduated from Mater Dei.wbbilluminati said:

I'm guessing she played a few games against Puff Morris back then. Maybe she wants to play alongside her now.
